Today I replaced the Galileo 1, an old useless satellite, with the Galileo 2, a brand new useless satellite, in kerbin orbit!
-
Was wondering, how much fuel can you take to kerbin's orbit? Best I've managed was to take just a little over 2880 fuel (a full jumbo-64 tank) to my space station 350km high around kerbin

Name KSP's currency (or at least suggest it)!

Sounded like a challenge -
Hi. I'd like to know what I should plan for when starting a base building project? I want to build a base on minmus... I have no idea where to begin... Right now I'm mainly clueless as to how I'm going to dock different base parts once I've managed to land them on minmus... To give you an idea of where I am in the game, up to now I've sent multiple manned missions to the mun and to minmus, I've built a large space station in orbit of kerbin, I've sent an unmanned science probe to duna and I'm using the following mods : K.A.S., Mechjeb (which I'm using for orbital info only) and procedural fairings.

Mechjeb is an extremely versatile toolbox. It is up to you to decide which tools to use and which to leave in the box in order to get the best game experience out of it for YOU. I for one only use it for the info panes (target info, orbit info and surface info). I especially find orbit info to be a fun enhancer, as it allows you to actually make orbital manoeuvers without having to go to the map mode every 2 seconds... Sometimes I will use the node planning tool but only under certain circumstances... I, however, never use the auto pilot and auto manoeuvers/warp functions or anything like that because it would ruin the fun for me. It is up to you to only use the parts of mechjeb that don't ruin the fun as you see it.

To keep a certain level of realism I never destroy debris remotely using the tracking station. I either recover them if they've landed on kerbin, or I use another vessel to clean up by grabbing them and setting them onto a sub orbital course for them to be destroyed by crashing onto the planet. However that applies only if the debris has a docking port... Which means I currently have lots of debris in space Might install that mod eventually that allows you to hook up to stuff.

When you try to plan a free return trajectory to the grocery store -
Sent a ship to Eve for the first time. Set my apoapsis to 20 000 m in preparation to seperating my lander. Found out too late that Eve has an atmosphere. Crashed.

Very cool set, however there is a certain flag in there...

Hi. I would like to get a mod that would give me more parts for building rovers. I do want to keep things realistic (I have only a few mods installed ; mechjeb which I only use for orbit info and surface info, and procedural fairings) Which mod would you recommend? Thanks

Most important lesson you've learned in KSP?

docking is easier with RTS -
Nothing very special, I sent a ship to refuel my kerbin space station. Then sent up a lander module to dock with my flagship the S.S. Voyager, then sent the whole thing to the Mun and back to get some more science points.
