Go play some old flash games on the computer.

I got a Logitech 3D pro as well. I'm quite happy with it. It has everything you want and way under $150.
-
Where exactly did you get this big array of numbers?
-
Today I went and saw the Arecibo Radio Telescope and took some pictures. There aren't very many but feel free to look.

Have you actually found any mods that were not compatible? Since it's just a miner update I don't think there would be any issues.

I kinda thought that I could use Windows programs with Linux.... and I guess you can with an emulator named Wine.
To clear up a misconception, Wine Is Not an Emulator. That's what wine stands for. Besides that you seem to be doing alright. Like many people have already said I recommend starting with Ubuntu. If you're already attached to the Cinnamon desktop environment you might want to try Linux Mint, a derivative of Ubuntu, as your distro. Just make sure you use the driver manager to install the proprietary drivers and you should be running in no time.

I drive by there when I go to visit my grandparents. Definitely a cool spot.

you should just be able to copy the savegame over from 0.25 to 1.0.2. There are rarely any issues copying savegames to newer version besides issues from balance changes. Bortoro has a savegame going all the way back from 0.18. You can find the savegames in the directory where you installed KSP under saves.

Currently a first class scout. Cool to see that there are plenty of other Boy Scouts.

This seems quite doable. On entering time warp check if a vessel is inside a cargo bay and if so just lock it in the same position relative to the main craft. I don't think it would have to be treated like a normal docking at all.

Yeah I'm really liking the new tunnels. However, neither of the mods I tried worked so I'm hoping that they will be updated soon.

If you're seriously considering a suicide burn Kerbal Engineer Redux has a optional suicide burn readout.

Congratulations Wackjob. I wish you the best.

It's been a while since we had our last daily. I know Squad just put out a release but it's been two weeks since the last entry in the kerbal dailys. Anyone know what's up?
-
Absolutely love them. I've been using the service bays from 6S for a long time but I'm really liking that these have an attachment node on the inside as well as the larger doors.
-
The new FOV change function was in the release notes for version 1, so yes it's new. I think it's quite nice personally.
-
I can confirm this happens on Chrome as well.
-
Yeah I wanted to check out the new demo today and discovered this. Why Squad?

last time i use ubuntu there was an driver manager that would instal proprietary drivers automatically. i cant remember what it was called or where to get to it but its in there. i have since switched to mint on my linux boxen.
There is. It's in settings under software settings if I recall correctly. You should just be able to search for it.

If squad wants some bigger xenon tanks why don't they just take the one from KSPX? And while they're at it add the probe-size tanks from RLA.

Knowing the community, there will be a whole mod-pack on toroidal tanks...
There already is http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/30673-0-23-5-Spherical-and-Toroidal-Tank-Pack-(Updated-05-02-14)-(New-download-link)
