Don't know if I missed something somewhere, but how would we activate the Air and Stress addons?

I found it, it appears to be a mediafire link (forum mess up, perhaps?). MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ANTI-VIRUS/AD-BLOCKER READY! Howdy all, It seems that I'm having some trouble using Shaw's extension of Sylith's Kerbal Heads pack. When I click on the download I end up getting a .7z file and I don't really know what to do with that.
