    Sorry I'm Catholic and all those stupid conspiracy theories make everyone think bad of me and my fellow papist friends.

    Anyways scientifically antimatter is the opposite, electric charge wise, from normal matter. The thing is antimatter does vaporize when in contact to normal matter. This "vaporization" is actually all of the mass of the two particles (The antiparticle and particle) in energy form. This energy is in the form of gamma radiation, gamma rays are notorious for destroying things but don't "neutralize" that's just bad technobabble.

    For your last question, yes it is possible to generate antimatter but only in the strongest of particle acceleKrators and only in microscopic amounts.

    I am Lutheran, I don't think bad of you but if you call the conspiracy theorists stupid I would assume that they would think the same. But, if you are going to be so religious here my only question asks why you are in a place where theoretical stuff is the core, seeds, apple, blossoms, and the whole frickin apple tree (well most of the time).

  2. I am wondering how you could do damage to an enemy ship with laser beams and bursts. I would like to know A) which frequency you would need to do the most damage B) how much range would be it's optimal C) what could it punch through? I have done absolutely no research on the subject so I am relying on you completely :D

  3. I don't think we can be sure about these things. I mean do the gravity well of the stars cause time extensions( cause that would be news to me )? Anyways, I don't think that hypothesizing about something we have never seen or really learned about up close is a good idea by I will go with it. I am sure that the high speed ring of gas around the black hole is enough to tear up you ship but the gravity assist of the black hole should let you go through that within about 1/4 of a second. So you could use them to go faster indubitably.

  4. Ahh, but whether or not *you* are all for it is immaterial unless *you* are going to foot the bill. You can't afford to pay for it. Even if you got together with everybody on the planet who thinks it's a neat idea and you all pooled your money, you still couldn't afford it.

    What you're really talking about is forcing people who don't like this idea and think it's a waste of money to pay for it against their will.

    Also I am not forcing anyone I am trying to persuade people towards it.

  5. Smaller versions of the plate things like I am talking small enough to be confused with a polygon mesh (well not that small). I would also like a centralized sepatron, and a way to take of a kerbals suit and make him walk faster or something. And a better science system, and the tutorial Kerbal to help you design things, and an ingame calculator for deltaV and such as well as trig. and other math stuff.

  6. Likewise, if we were to commit to building unique roads from every building on Earth to every other building, there would never be any traffic and transportation costs would plummet.

    There are concepts that are so outrageously expensive at the outset that they can never pay for themselves through use.

    First, building roads between buildings is nothing like building a space elevator, space elevators are far more practical. Second there would be loads of traffic in the 24 hours after it was built and declared safe, I am sure that NASA would use this to transport goods from earth to the ISS or beyond. This would also mean ( after things calmed down ) that ships could be built in space and would become the luxury sports cars of today, also the thing would be very expensive ( as we all should know ) because the thing would have to stretch from ground level to geosynchronous orbit (as to use centripetal force to pull it from earth and make it more stable) so that means that anything built there can stay in orbit almost indefinitely so permanent colonies can be built (as to provide a human habitat) so that orbital factories and power plants have a strong workforce. All of this WILL cost LOADS of money but if that money can firmly place the human race in space then I am all for it.

    P.S. Splashy don't be a party pooper by stating facts that some will agree with but most of us know :P

An idea I have for this is that electrons act like waves and that measuring device is the thing that caused it, in any way either light or material had to have interfered, the light would have affected the electrons with electomagnetism or radio waves. If it was a material sensor maybe the light had refracted it or had vibrated (as atoms like to vibrate and move around ) at a frequency that had somehow affected it. It's just a phenomenon that we literally cannot detect (or at least not yet) because anything we do trying to detect it disturbs it. :D Also we should remember electrons(albeit small) are matter so could it have been subject to the law of general relativity and had separated into energy that had shown through the two slits at different frequencies.

Sorry for the height problem typing after I went to buffalo wild wings makes it hard to do anything. lol anyway if the wire was attached quickly wouldn't centripetal force straighten it along with the nanotubes running up the sides? also a way you could get up is by having the satellite pull on the carts. It's not going to affect the satellite because it is applying structural force down on the and this would mean that only a few carts can be pulled up at a time but it would mean that heavier cargo can be pulled up. If I am wrong about anything forgive me I am kinda new to astrophysics but I know a bit.

    Also the nanotubes would come from the ground up :P

    And the 10 science/ year I could see being abused so maybe make it have a higher rate but cost money to keep using also mits should mean something like command capsule should have a stat like mits available and kilomits and megamits while capsules should be upgradeable to hold more data, or have dedicated modules to holding data that can be recovered if the craft is destroyed. Also maybe have abort functions like "transfer all data to" or "delete all data from"

What if we made it so that those planet stats and descriptions change as you preform science and a calculator that helps plan flights by using equations and that tutorial kerbal tells you how to use equations to make the game almost an educational game and you can test aerodynamics in a chamber that you can control and make the atmodynamics better like if a planet is made out of certain gases they react in different ways than acting like normal air in different colors. Maybe add things like rocket engine an motor testing by adding an interactive system for adding procedural engines like you pay money for a company in game to design a new part and your rep. can grow with those companies like maybe jeb's junkyard is better at building gas guzzlers and the company that made ion engines can make bigger ion engines and xenon gas chambers. I know that these would take up a lot of CPU but that shouldn't affect the flight aspects because it just means a new part.

    Anyway I know how to make one, just get a satellite to orbit in Geosynchronous orbit and have it carry special graphene wire 390km of it, when the wire hits the ground carbon nanotubes would go through the side cables to reinforce it and keep it up. Send stuff up and build a station. Also it should be stronger if the cables supported a circular cart.

    C'mon guys you heard one lets mothatruckin' build one who needs to wait for NASA? I just need someone to set up a website for it! :D

  12. I don't think you understand what plants do red dwarf. Plants don't just produce oxygen for no good reason. Oxygen is a by-product of photosynthesis which produces sugar from a combination of carbon dioxide and chlorophyll, this sugar goes into a process called cellular respiration which converts sugar and water to ATP and carbon dioxide ATP is a cell's main source of energy animal or plant. So knowing this this means there is no way for a virus to make a plant produce unbreathable air before the plant dies and the oxygen to carbon dioxide ratio is high enough that there is more oxygen made than carbon dioxide. A better scenario would be if all plant life died and the fungus population skyrocket producing carbon dioxide while most species of animal a reduced to a strict fungi diet meaning that the humans and other animals would live long enough to experience oxygen deprivation and carbon dioxide poisoning. So what then?

    Note: I was trying to refine his theory so that it would be more clear or flawless to figure out how long we would have.
