First of all that looks awesome, second, there is a mod which allows you to timewarp electrical engines that would probably work in this case. Would probably cut your burn to like 6 seconds...

problem is fixed, was using a conflicting mod

padlock was caused by lacking permissions. It's fixed now, but no change. I do not have SFJRealEngines anywhere in my gamefolder, and there doesn't seem to be anything missing in the stockengines.cfg

Hijacking a bit, is this not the stock engine config? All mod engines work fine. Stock engines are not configurable at all.
