Hi all.
I'm wondering if anyone can help. I installed DRE a few days ago and initially it was working fine now it doesn't seem to be working. Not sure why. I am using stock parts. I have FAR, KWRocketry, NovaPunch2, Alt Resource Panel, Launch Countdown, Final Frontier. No idea whether any of these would interfere with DRE.
The only way I know it isn't working is I do not get a burn up coming in at a ridiculous high angle at high speeds, it just seems to have reverted to the vanilla version of KSP where it glows but there is no damage. Shaking sound is gone as well.
Should I just reinstall KSP? I did have Mission Controller Extended but deleted it as I wasn't too happy with the missions. Maybe that messed it up a bit......
I'm pretty new around here especially with the use of mods so please forgive my ignorance. Anyone have any ideas??

Realchutes does not seem to work with MC, since I guess it messes with the way chutes work. Or at least rewrites the way they work.
in stead of using a Submissiongoal use the NorMissionGoal.
I was more looking for how to search for the variable that monitors the status of the SAS switch. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

New to KSP, and these mission packs, but appreciate all the hard work. Hoping you can help.
How can I define a mission where the mission goal is NOT to use SAS or ASAS at any time after launch?
I'm a bit of a n00b with all this and not familiar with writing missions at all so go easy with me...
I'm trying to write some introductory missions to get new players used to handling simple rockets in the atmosphere with no stability help from SAS (preferably using realistic drag like FAR).

This would mean the player could not use any of the remote unmanned systems though as they all have SAS installed as a minimum. If it was to be an unmanned mission, you would need some kind of remote control system but they all have SAS.
Any solutions?
Trying to make a more historical set of missions that would start with no SAS use in unmanned missions......
