Woah. o.o Jeb doesn't look like he regrets it!

Then I played the game for the very first time. All in my mind was "Why am I not in orbit yet? Why is it so hard to get to the Mun? How do I even science or orbital mechanics?!" I kept pointing myself to the Mun and kept burning. This led Bill, Jeb, Bob to a Kerbin escape.

You can resize the picture by using Paint.

I just did that, saw my little brother sleeping. The visitor is nowhere to be found. The user below me is a Kraken.

I thought that to get into orbit you just fly up. I thought that rockets and spaceplanes can move like those crafts in Star Wars. I also thought that to get to the Mun you just fly at it and you'll reach it in no time. What about you guys? Share the things you've thought of before you discovered about KSP and played it.
