I saw some people earlier asking about this, but didn't see if there was an answer. Does anyone know how to solve the tech tree issue? Scott doesn't update his modded installs until all the mods have been updated for the new release. So it's more than likely that all his Interstellar videos are still in .23 and anything he's done on the ARM pack was done in a new, clean install.
