  1. Hey there! I just got a contract from Steadler Engineering in vanilla KSP for a probe to be placed into orbit, and they want an orbit at with an AP of 4,191,215m and a PE of 2,306,555m Do those numbers need to be EXACT, and if not, what is the latency? Thanks!

Hi! i'm sure I'm not the first to bring these about, but man they would be helpful; Ability to go straight to the tracking center from a probe/rocket Ability to rename vessels from the tracking station (if probe has power/is able to be renamed) Im not sure if these are possible, but they would make everyone's lives so much easier.   5. So, I'd love to build my own satellite network. Problem is, whenever I get a launch to about 9km, my engines just cut out, and crash back to earth. I have a deployed antenna. What am I doing wrong? All help is appreciated. Thanks!
  6. Hey there! This is my space station, which I will be constantly adding to. If you have any suggestions, let me know. This is a sandbox install. Videos: Current Modules: -Core -Habitation -Solar Truss (A & -CameraSat 1 Current Missions: None Past Missions: Unnamed Crew Transfer - First crew to Space Station. Crew was placed in habitiation module, while experimental return vehicle went unmanned. Parachutes failed to deploy, and craft was lost in the oceans near KSC. R-CTV 1 - Resupply for MonoPropellant. This mission also brought Jebediah, Bill, and Bob home from the previous mission. All went to plan. R-CTV 2 - Resupply for MonoPropellant. This mission also brought an experimental secondary module in a cargo bay, which added cameras to view Kerbin, as well as the rest of the station. Craft returned between the R&D center and the Tracking station. All went to plan. Planned Modules: -Nothing specific. Planned missions to station: R-CTV 3 - MonoPropellant Resupply Thanks for reading!

  8. Thank you so much for the in-depth response! I have a picture of the station right now, and it's not that great. I am going to install Near Future Technologies to add those panels, and stuff. I am going to add a better habitation module soon (like that ring someone suggested earlier), and a better solar truss. If anyone else has any ideas, I'd really appreciate them!

  10. Hey there, everyone! I'm building a space station around Kerbin in Sandbox. I was wondering what I should install. I've planned a Kethane module for reuseable rockets (I just need to learn the converters and stuff) I've also thought about a camera module on one of my launches. Anyone have any ideas?
  11. The Antares 130, carrying the Cygnus spacecraft to the ISS, encountered an anomaly 6 seconds after launch. No one was hurt, and everyone is accounted for. Thoughts?
  12. I think there should be a contract that gives you a payload to launch into an orbit. Something like: Rockromax wants their KerboSat in an orbit between 150,000 and 154,000m circular. Then, once completed, the sat gets deleted by the game or something like that.

Right now, it has the following modules attached to the core: -Folding Solar Truss -Habitation Module -RCS and LFO storage We are planning to add these modules: -No specific ideas yet Have any ideas for modules to add? I need them! Let me know what you think of the station, as well as a module idea!
  15. Think about it: Space Agencies would rule the planet... and more! This concept would be cool for career mode; people could buy and sell science to other players using the funds, people could buy and sell space on their rocket ships for launches, and even more! I don't know how time warp would work though. I think that is the big problem with KSP Multiplayer. Maybe people could line up mission times, and only during their time could they time warp? Idk Just something to think about.
  16. Ever wanted model rockets? Model rockets plans to add many new parts to KSP that act as model rockets. Many manufacturers will make many parts. Plans: Tiny SRBs Tiny LFO tanks and engines Tiny structural fuselages Tiny parachutes (I'm new to modding, this feature might take a while.) Many variations by different companies! Ill get to work on August 10th. A beta release date is not confirmed.

In fact, here's a list; Gone to Mun and back Gone to Minmus and back Built a base on Minmus Polar orbit, both ways Equatorial orbit, both ways Kerbosynchronous orbit Docked many craft together Kethane, SCANSat, and Karbonite scanners on all 3 celestials Space telescopes What else should I do? I've tried going interplanetary, but I'm not good at it yet. I'm pretty good at KSP, but not super-duper great at it. Ideas?
