  1. Hello, I'm using Realism Overhaul. Just wanted to know if there's a way to add this functionality to all of the engines in the game but without the modified thrust since Realism Overhaul already has realistic values.
  2. Wow, i just found out about this. I'm surprised it's not in the recommended mods for Realism Overhaul. Also, what parts did you use to make that Juno and Exomars?
  3. The hard fairings do not separate for me, I rotated the fairing base as indicated, tried everything.They decouple but don't separate. The only thing i can do is to wiggle the rocket until they fall off. I'm using Realism Overhaul.
  4. is there any way to add a thrust curve to the Procedural SRB? Also, to change the fuel type from just "solid"?
  5. Any chance of making the vernier engines capable of yaw? It's very difficult to do the ascent with just pitch and roll control.
  6. Unfortunately the tool doesn't work with the latest Mechjeb, it made things very simple. Until it's updated we have to do the old guesswork.

  8. I was looking for a fix, maybe to disable it somehow or at least reduce it, but I don't know how.
  9. With 1.0.5 and the new thermal model I can't do the Soyuz style ignition before separation method because the parts explode when hit by the engine exhaust. Is there a way to overcome this?
  10. Dmagic is partially supported, there are two parts that are fully RP-0 compatible as far as i can tell. You can still use it though.
  11. Thanks sarbian, I tried those but it still doesn't work, the vernier engines just spin wildly and nothing happens. I used the developer version as well.
  12. Thanks, I tried those but mechjeb's smart ass doesn't seem to work properly with the km_gimbal plugin, it just wobbles like crazy and doesn't orient properly. Also, i seem to be having difficulty with both the mercury capsule from fasa and vostok from tantares on reentry, it just explodes before it even gets to any significant deceleration, I'm using the newest Deadly Reentry 7.3.1.
  13. Hello Nathan, are there any engine mods out there which copy the R-7 vernier engines? I have found the Block L verniers from Tantares but am not sure of the other ones.
  14. Can anyone give me any tips on building a proper aircraft? I can't seem to get it to take off even using flaps. I'm also attempting to build and launch the Bell X-1 but I can't get that off the ground either.
  15. Thanks for the quick response. I used procedural fairings to make a makeshift interstage but it's much heavier than the actual Saturn V interstage and this severely hurts delta v. Is there anything else to use?
  16. Does anybody here know how to assemble the Saturn V from FASA, every part goes together correctly except the lunar module adapter and fairings. I have no idea how to connect these together can somebody help me please?
  17. Yes it's the FASA pack, but I fixed it by adding ablative armor to the part. Now the only problem I can see with FASA is the Lunar Module Adapter and fairing, which don't attach properly to the Apollo spacecraft.
  18. I have a problem with the newest 0.22 release, it's saying that most of the parts are non-RP0 even though they are.
  19. I noticed that the Apollo Command Module's heatshield does not have any "ablative" protection. Because of this the capsule explodes and everyone dies every time I re-enter. Is there a way i can add ablative armor?

  21. Does anybody here know how to get the orbit manipulator mod to work with the newest KSP? I have it installed and can see the toggles in Toolbar but I can't use the engine thrusting feature.
