  1. Rules 2.4: "Files are stored on TinyUpload.com's server forever, unless they are not downloaded for 100 days." damned terms of agreement
  2. @Megalodon, I see that you have added some rear amour. It is much harder to destroy now, as I can see after few tests
  3. It says that they only stay for 100 days EDIT: 100 days from last download (which is pretty strange as even Tiamat corvette posted in thread 3rd march is outdated. Only tanks are ok)
  4. Thanks, deamon. Does they really need to be this complicated? I mean, Katana (spartwo also send me some of his) is the only one with a part count below 300. Is it really needed? Also, deamon, I have been watching your daeCorp thread, and although I like your ships, most of links seem to be outdated or something. Is it on purpose?
  5. "Moderate"? My largest craft is 519 parts and my PC barely stand it, and you call 500 parts "moderate"? o.O
  6. Sooo... if it is a stupid question then hit me, but would anyone be so kind to put one of his cannon ships to download? It might be some old version or something, I just want to see how it works EDIT: nice ship, ScriptKitt3h. How many parts and what about mass?
  7. Well, actually, yes, although I didn't thought about it that way. It really doesn't need lazor part attached to work. So, well... welcome, my new targeting system!
  8. It's docking cam provided with Romfarer Lazor Pack. He must have put a docking port somewhere there
  9. Anyone interested in a small battle (I'd prefer someone new, as me, but I'll battle anyone. Don't expect a lot of skill though)? Rules would be: -Body: opponent's choice (but if it's not a problem, I'd prefer some smaller body - Gilly/Pol/Minmus/Bop) -Special rules/rule exclusions: no leaving SOI -Maximum number of craft: 5 -Maximum total mass: 250t -Use of K-drive,yes/no: ? I also want to say that it might take me a while to make a turn, becouse of my GMT and IRL matters (so the opponent will have such right too, of course). Also, is using mechjeb during a battle allowed? And no billion parts monsters please!
  10. Tarzan Space Company is proud to present its brand new, shiny battlecruiser. It's powered with 4 nervas, has 2 layers of armour around the main core and is armed with 3 SRBs and 24 I-beam torpedos, which can be fired all at once (yay!) or in 3 salvos (or even 12 if someone has a patience to set up stages/action groups). It has also 4 side AF missiles. Clocks at 519 parts (pushes my PC to the limits) and weighs almost 150 tons. What do you guys think? How should I name it? Also, I have a question about the rules - is using mechjeb allowed? P.S. - can someone download this CRAFT and tell me what is so wrong that it can be totally destroyed by one light hit? I like its "Winchester" weapon system and I don't want to lose this craft (I spend some time to build it) but for now it is crap
  11. BTW: What does it take to gain ability to post without waiting for a moderator to apply it?
  12. Also, I would like to know what you, sea dogs, think of my new battlecruiser prototype. It's not finished yet, but i have really good feelings about it. Now the hardest part - armour, but if there's anything obviously bad which I haven't spotted, I would rather know it know to fix it before applying armour
  13. Don't you think it's rather small? It might be good for fighters and you can fit like a trillion of them in those missile bays but I don't think that'd do anything to a ship with solid plate armour
  14. That's one nice destroyer you have here, I must admit. I find it really interesting as it has pretty tough armour and nice weaponry (or at least a space for it - what missiles/torpedos you place on it?), but if I can advice you something it has two weaknesses. As most of my designs, it has much too low fuel (i think that with full ammo it will have dV a lot below 1km/s). Also, you might want to put more armour on its back, becouse i found out that one well aimed salvo of I-beams leaves a ship without engines, fuel and even a control module. Also, it is best to use small RC modules instead of those manned, becouse they are much harder to hit
  15. @Megalodon 720 - Spartwo has uploaded a lot of his ships on THIS blog, I've been testing my designs on/against them for a while. Also, Zekes' The Drekevak XIV-I is available for download. BTW, Zekes, what is this made of? I downloaded an earlier version and I was able to destroy it with one well-aimed SRB which would split it in two, but this? I-beams can destroy the insides, but I didn't manage to even scratch its outside armor with, like, anything I have, or what I have seen o.O [h=2][/h]
  16. Well, first of all, I'd like to say "Hi" couse I'm new here. I've been playing KSP for a while now, and I have recently found the "Spirit of Kerbin" series on YT, which after some research led me here. And now, after some time of preperations I think I can say that I'm ready to join this not-so-small club (if You gentlemen would kindly agree, of course), maybe not on Spartwo or Zekes level but I think my ships are actually not that bad for a newbie. So here's a beginning of my little fleet: http://imgur.com/a/KUswi#0 (I don't know how to add a gallery from imgur, anybody help please?) I have 5 ships in it for now, but I must admit that only the newest one, "Piranha" is worth anything. All of them have some huge disadvantages: -they are low on dV (the only exception is "Shark" with around 4k, which still isn't much, and also it's sooooo slow) -ridiculous part count I'd be very thankful for any kind of advice P.S. - sorry if I wrote something wrong, english is not my main language
