  1. So, I've got a list of questions. I'll read all answers. Please try to answer as many as possible. Please note that all of this needs to be stock. The only mod I use is Hyperedit for stage testing on my testing save. 1. In my save, there's been a war between Vectro Association and Kerbal Republic. The recent wars has left the polar and equatorial rings of kerbin, duna, mun, and laythe with tons of trash. I don't want to delete it, just to have that war effect. But it's getting to the points where when I maneuver around, i need to use the 1, 2, and 3, maybe 4 custom keys to create a ship that gives small bursts of power to avoid space trash and dead kerbals. Is there some way I can create a giant space trash-truck, to add another company into my war, which cleans up parts and dumps them on a useless planet or into the sun? If so, please tell me how I would be able to make the trash stay inside the trash-bag-compacter-thingy without smashing a hole in the back or some other mechanic and making my ship be less effecient. I've already made ships on another save that have a vtol-like jet system where you can fly into the planet extremely fast, with any gravity depending on the ship model, then stop really fast with the front jets (500-0 in 2 seconds) and then hover on the surface w/out veering around at 2/3rds power. I'll be releasing them soon. Combining the trash truck and this mechanic would make it awesome. 2. Is there a way to create a gigantic artificial ring around a planet, that is all connected with docking ports? Like, you build a giant ring around a planet or moon with single pieces, and connect them with docking ports? If this IS possible without it crumbling into the planet, I have big ideas: Reloadable missile defenses, tiny deployable fighter drones, etc. 3. Homing Missiles. So, I have several VA battle cruisers that either launch missiles from the belly of the ship, or change into MK2 cargo bays and release the missiles like that. Is it possible to make it to where you can launch the missile from the ship with a selected target, and without controlling the missile, have it keep targeting the ship until it hits it, 100% w/out player interaction? I plan on releasing about 100 amazing projects that I've been making and upgrading since .13 in spring. Please answer these questions, and please explain how to do so if you know how.

  3. Version 23.5 or below is allowed! Im new, sorry if this shouldn't be here. Basically, it will be a conflict between 6 nations. Nations: 5 volunteers are needed to command nations. You can pick a planet from the Kerban Solar system. (Note: If you pick jool, you will need to create either a space station or an artificial gravity platform by using docking systems and SAS) You also get to choose the nation name. (For example, my nation is called "United Kerban Empire", stationed on an island east of the launchpad on kerban(nobody else can be on kerban)) Ships: I will not accept any ships with mods. You will have to build your own. UKE will build ships for a price, however we are not responsible for refueling your ships after their arrival. How to command: You will need a Steam Account or PM me on roblox. You will send me a list of things you want done. The first person to go will set how long each nation gets per day. The first person will rotate each day. (for example, UKE goes first and takes 1 hour 11 minutes, everybody else gets that much time to complete their tasks. Long tasks = Lower chance of it being done) At the end of all turns, you will receive a status update on solar system diplomacy and actions regarding you. Diplomacy: Diplomacy is available as long as you have a satellite or willing to risk going into other people's territory. Territories: If you own a planet, you do not own the moon! Your territorial boundaries begin at 500,000 altitude. If anything crosses over that 500,000 mark, any defense systems will attack it unless it is unarmed. (sights can be deceiving) How to tell ships apart: When signing up your nation, please choose whether you want a tag such as [uKE] on your ships, or if you want it to be colored.   4. Kerbal Wars is a RP activity (v23.5) in which you can contact me to execute national plans, attacks, ally, wars, and trade. You can pick a name for your nation, and then choose a starting planet. The only planet exception is Jool and Kerban. Kerban is occupied by the United Kerbal Empire (me) and Jool is a gas planet. If you wish to have Jool as your starting planet, you will need to construct a large space station to orbit Jool. Ships: To make ships, they need to be in 1 piece. I will not accept any giant ships that you need to put 3 parts together to make. There's a small exception: You can make resupply ships to resupply carriers or other ships with weaponry or drones. Please do not include orbital equipment such as boosters, or things you use when launching. Piloting: Each ship requires at least 3 kerbals to pilot it (doesn't matter the cockpit or how the 3 kerbals are on the ship, as long as they are secure) except all small manned ships such as scouts or cruisers required 1 kerbal. If colony attack drones are used in carriers to be dropped into planets to wipe out bases or such, they are NOT to be manned. They must be piloted by satellite or some other robotic function. Mods: I will not accept anything with mods. Commanding a nation: You can contact me in any way you can to execute operations, attacks, and other diplomacy.   5. Idk if this is where this should be posted, but I am making my first frigate. Ranger-1UKE Ranger-1UKE is the first in the Frigate/Ranger series of ships make by the UKE (United Kerban Empire) and will be able to be armed with 2 large missiles on the bottom, along with many turrets on the top and sides to improve defense. The Ranger-1UKE is armored with 2 layers of structural panels. Tests have confirmed that 2 layers of armor is impenetrable in space, even if hit by an asteroid(used a mod to spawn the asteroid because of version before asteroid update) at 4000 m/s. The best shot at taking out this ship is as it is being launched from the KSP center on Kerban, or landing in a medium-high gravity planet. The 2 layers of armor have a small distance inbetween them, filled with struts, 650 Ibeams, and Modular Girder Segments to suppress the explosions from enemy weaponry. Armor Design(Detailed) The inner shell of the frigate has a 3 Modular Girder Segment space between the initial core and the inner shell of armor. This space has very little suppressive power on it at the moment. I intend to make the space filled with some sort of strong structures once the inside design is finished. Between the inner and outer armor shells, each 2x2 panel is separated by a Modular Girder Segment, then framed with 650 Ibeams. Inside the frame, many struts are placed inside to make sure it doesn't wobble. It basically looks like 4-6 spiderwebs all intertwined. The outer shell only has a couple openings. The openings are very small, and very hard to get something inside of, but easy to get things out of. The openings will be armed with weapons ranging from small turret missiles to ICBMs depending on the location of the opening and the size. If the command tower is taken out, there are many inner command stations inside in where kerbals will take over. Why it was created If you don't like RP stories, skip it. The ranger-1UKE is created to initially defend the Mun colony after aliens space planes were dropped from a massive flagship. Losses were devastating, but the alien planes weren't accustomed to the Our satellite station orbiting the Mun was armed with 4 large ICBMs. Each ICBM hit the carrier at 400-500 m/s at the supposed bridge. The Carrier seemed disabled, and we sent a pod from the satellite to go and explore the Carrier. As we went inside, Kerbals in Green suits (opposed of our red suits) came out and took over the pod, captured it and captured the men. One of our men eventually escaped the carrier just before it was about to fly off back to a planet. The kerbal used the remaining monopropellant he had to land back at the wrecked mun base, and revealed to us that the kerbals were descendants of kerbals 100s of years back who crash landed into laythe and were presumed dead on impact. One man and one woman survived, and they populated the planet to oppose the UKE. Their nation isnt yet known, their language is similar however their radio chatter is so discrete, our technology can't read it. You can become apart of this conflict!​ If you support this and would like to create your own nations and ships, and command your nation, Please let me know and I will get to it! (Note: Pictures are the only evidence that can be given of battles/orders have been executed. Also, if you choose to be a nation that has a planet with extremely low gravity/no gravity/gas giant then a large space station is required to be your Home Base. Home bases/Nation capitals cannot be attacked.
