  1. large rotating space station rings ? By that I mean rotating the habitat module only(e.g. to create 1g) and not the whole space station. Magic Smoke Infernal Robotics ? others ? or a combo ? I have seen a few pictures(gifs) here and still not sure where to get the rotating hub part ? thanks for your patience

  6. I am getting up to date very quickly since my return but the 64 bit part is confusing me. In the launcher, settings -> advanced section, there is a 64 bit option. But here(posted last week) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/102145-0-25-Astronomer-s-Visual-Pack-Interstellar-V2/page63 there is a 64 bit hack help called "64 Bit EVE AVP Help" in the 2nd post. 1. If I want to surpass the 3.5G RAM limit do I run the 64 bit option in the launcher ? do I run the 64 bit option in the launcher & do the 64 bit EVE AVP hack ? do I run the launcher in 32 bit & do the 64 bit EVE AVP hack ? 2. In your opinion, should I stick to 32 bit ,as I am on WIN 7(16G RAM), and just hold back putting too many mods on ? 3. Whether I go 32 bit or 64 bit, Should I run opengl or DX11 ? though most of you say the former, I hear DX11 is better on RAM use ? I am asking as I am around 3G in RAM use right now and want to add AVP & outer planets + EVE thanks all edit: 4. The 64 bit option in the launcher, is that beta, official or not the 64 bit talked about in the EVE AVP hack ?

  8. Once again thanks all !!! Isn't CKAN wonderful ? In my day we were lucky to have..... nevermind Toolbar complained a bit, as it is for 1.02, but loaded ok currently , apart from CKAN & Toolbar am trying : chattere, animated decouplers, colour coded canisters, dock port align, dock sounds, EE, fuel tanks plus, kerbal alarm, kerbal eng reedux, kerbal joint reinforcement, AVC , mechjeb, MM & ship manifest. - - - Updated - - - And so far these are the ones I want to try, one by one to see if any break KSP :

  13. I do like some realism & rocketry(haven't done space planes). To give you an idea here are some of my previous add-ons from last year : chatterer, docking port alignment, hangar extender, engineer redux, KAS, root select, mechjeb, goodspeed aero, hextruss and a few others. I will check out those to see if there are updated versions, but mainly I was wondering if there are any new add-ons that are new and really popular. I am trawling through the add-ons forum at the moment - - - Updated - - - thanks

I bought in to the Beta and am back as I missed all the fun I used to have I was wondering if you guys in the know can tell me what would be your following list since full release, and remember I am an intermediately experienced KSPer : 1. top ten(or more) sandbox add-ons 2. top ten(or more) career add-ons thanks for your time - - - Updated - - - p.s. I am looking in the "Add-on Releases" forum - - - Updated - - - and should I use the 64 bit KSP ?
  15. fair enough , i started using it after mastering all the stuff it does automatically, its worst module is the auto docker as it wastes lots of rcs fuel.
  16. mechjeb is a brilliant mod, possibly the best , it has one of 2 uses : If ,after you tried again and again, you suck at any or all of these : orbiting, maneuvering, rendevous, landing etc. OR you mastered all the above and want to speed things up

  19. I know there are mods for everything in this lol I did download that but not using it ok , another ...... when you hold back a few days before updating KSP, to let your mod updates catch up
  20. start using a ruler on your screen when you are positioning a part on your build vehicle

I am a noob(only bought game last week) but even I managed to put this in orbit, drop payload, and get back down to earth, though I forgot to fire engines about 50 foot off the ground to slow it down, it splashed in a shallow lake and disintegrated Well done buzz66boy, I hope to use it in the future once I am past the basics !
