I see all the planets and moons but minmus is still orbiting kerbin, and Eeloo and dres are on their stock ksp orbits. It doesn't seem like its an install issue to me.

I've everything correctly and those planets wont show up! My KSP doesn't crash at all it just doesn't show those planets. I uploaded the output log to dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4bvvph6z0nakusa/output_log.txt

In my KSP when I go into the tracking station to see all the new planets, but it seems that Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Moons of some of the planets are inside some planets! Any idea how to fix this?
