  1. Even if we don`t get the real damage, decals would still be awesome^^

Yea, I had something like that in mind actually Basically different parts reacting differently to different damage influences like piercing anything would pretty much be an instant death sentence because you would lose Oxygen/Fuel ect. Or scratches to a heatshield decreasing its Ablative or whatever it was :3 And also overheating parts ore engines toasting a part resulting in it getting thatlovely effect and some even catching fire. Like a capsule on fire would pretty much instantly kill any kerbal in it because its filled with oxygen. Of course, in Space the craft wont catch fire that easily becuase theres nothing to fuel it so engines wont be able to completely wreck your craft due to the Fire spreading. Parts would change behaviour depending on the type of damage (scratches/piercing/ being singed or even on fire) And for the crashed crafts maybe something like a bigger decal that looks like dirt or singed grass put on the ground so it doesn`t look like the grass on kerbin is immortal. I also thought about ground particles like dirt being generated in an explosion on the surface ( much like the Collision FX mod )
  3. Pretty much the only thing that has been a constant problem for me was the truly "boring" damage. I wont suggest something like soft-body physics here because the would kill the performance but I recently had an idea while playing: How about damage models, which are not soft-body but are multiple parts in one. Theywouldn`t constantly be rendered as such but would change model and spawn that piece of the part at its location. Another Idea I had was impact on the controls once anengine or a winglet gets damaged ( Visually visible ) Stuff like the capsule being damaged resulting in you not being able to use it in outer space or non oxygen enviroments. Or engines not being as accurate once damaged. What also bothered me was that if you crash into something ( Like the ground ) most of the craft just disappears... Quite sad Spending hours on the design and once it crashes it just vanishes out of existance with a poof... I want parts to catch on fire when an engine is toasting them so you have to be careful not to put fueltanks too close to them. Whatdo you think about that idea? Its not a suggestion for developement but definetely a nice thought... Maybe someday...

  5. This is really awesome and I hope you keep up the work! But I keep asking myself: Is the Heat and Humidity thing in developement or is it using another mod? Or am I just dumb and dont understand it?
  6. Things I`ve Learned: 1. Take an emergency "Boat" (Made out of Wheels) to Laythe. 2. Kerbals survive a Fall when you activate the Jetpack and thrust Forward and up 3. I`ve learned how to build Proper Rovers with an emergency flipper 4. You can do a quick stop on Duna to refuel 5. The Kraken is real!!

Some Jool facts: If you Observe the Materials bay above jool you´ll the famous line: "I'm sorry but i can't let you do that" from the Doors... a nice Easter egg Jool doesnt actually have a surface,the universe will basically vanish around you like when entering a black hole and you`ll be crushed by Jools pressure! (I have actual Video footage) Deep into Jools atmoshphere you´ll only see black below you! At around 2000m above the surface youll craft (in my case a Spaceplane) will shake uncontrollably which is the first sign of Jools extreme pressure! You can get out of Jools atmosphere without using an engine! Jool is the Size of earth! Its green! You can see clouds while floating at 200000m NEVER SET JOOL AS A MOON OF KERBIN!
  8. Here´s a bug: The game didn´t load correcty so the Loading bar started to Flash. It kept flashing I restartet my PC and its still there! It burned into the screen! How can I stop that? I actually have a pretty new Laptop so this schould not happen Okay,got rid of it ^^ if you have the same problem:
  9. I really love this Update,because it really adds use to other Command Pods,Because only a Pilot can use the SAS so,to Skill the other Classes you need to have more than one Crew-member or a really stable craft which wont really get that far...

  11. I actually Love the New expirience System! It will make KSP a Lot easier for new players! As someone who played the game since the 0.19 Update I´ve been waiting for more Use for the Kerbals,because they mostly were just these Science Boosters...

  13. I think it was destroyed I was looking for it at the exact Location... Its not easy to spot something that small in the mountains but I dont think it survived R.I.P Asteroid... I guess
  14. I saw it hitting the Icecap, and its still listed on the Map...
  15. I`ve had multiple encounters with Asteroids but never got to get close enough to see them... But a few Hours ago, one of them landed on the surface at the mountains of the northern icecaps! I have hope that i`ll find it ... but still dont really know how to transport it, because even my VTOL cant land close enough... I have Mechjeb Installed because im not good at turning Can someone help me in one of these ways?: 1. Give me ideas for a design that can get the asteroid at the north 2. Get a step by step tutorial how to get close to an Asteroid using MechJeb Here`s a Question: Do asteroids break sometimes?,because they count as Partsor do they have unlimited health/breaking point?
