  1. Shorter large RCS tanks would be really nice. The current ones are really big and can be inconvenient.
  2. Is there a mod for pointy nose cones? As opposed to the blunt stock ones.
  3. Over the time that I am stuck in the room, I grow my fingernails into lockpick shapes and pick the lock. When I cut them the shards shoot into the skull of the next poster.
  4. Railfanning? That's a violation of the non-cheat rules if I ever saw one!
  5. I believe Kerbal alarm clock can do something about that. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/24786-0-24-2-Kerbal-Alarm-Clock-v2-7-8-2-%28July-28%29 MechJeb has a similar function, "Warp to maneuver node" With a time separation setting, but I can understand not wanting to use MJ. However, It would be great to have in-game.
  6. Due to the fact that I play on a Mac, I do not have access to 64 bit, and thus large parts packs often (Read: Always) cause me to crash. Even with aggressive texture reducers this often leaves me rooting through mod folders, weeding out parts. Going "Do I really need that Greenhouse module? I'm not using life support." This often leads to accidentally remove parts necessary for certain mods to work. Leaving me with no choice but to abandon my plans for a large, mod-heavy Minmus base or what have you. It's getting incredibly irritating, and I hope that at some point KSP will have 64 bit for Mac. It doesn't help that every friend I have who plays the game goes "HA LOL you can't play with mods that's what you get for using a MAC LOL Macs Suck." That and I'm not exactly in a position to buy a computer that is any good at gaming, or even just install Linux.
  7. Eh, I'm not fussy about whether it acts like a rope. Provided It attaches my kerbals, It works. Thanks for the Info, No more losing kerbals in orbit for me!
  8. Granted, but you are only skilled with the Melee. I wish for a mars bar.
  9. Is there a mod for an EVA umbilical cord to attach you to the capsule? Like this?
  10. A Poem. By Me. From The PoV of Wernher Von Kerman. Emoticon! Wernher And Jebs’ Torus While researching one summers day, I was interrupted, to my dismay, By Jebediah, crazy fool Who I avoided as a rule He greeted me, in kerbal style, With an explosion, and a smile Said he, “Hello, I represent, The Kerbonauts, who are hell bent, On getting better residence, We might as well just live in tents†I said, “I’ll see what I can do A capsule maybe? One or Two?" But no, I took as his reply, As, said he, with a grin so wry, “Come on Wernher, please don’t bore us! Build a massive Stanford torus! “Oh no!†I said, “That’s quite absurd! Do you fully comprehend that word?†“Oh yesâ€Â, said he “t’would be a Disgrace, For a spacebound pilot ace, To not know a new design, Of rocket, or space airline So what do you say, are you with me?†He hopped and wrung his mitts with glee I sighed and rolled my eyes, and flopped, Beside my counter (Marble topped) And with some help from Scott Manley, And some mods (Just two or three) I drew up, built, and launched to space, A giant doughnut looking place. And Jeb still lives there, to this day, Just as I like him, far away
  11. Clay/resin-cast kerbal. banana for scale.
  12. That is truly amazing, but how did you get it into orbit?
  13. This is my standard mun lander, (Sandbox, as I am awful at career) based on this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luna_16) Soviet Lander (The image might be a little low-quality due to my use of Texture reduction) As you can see, the Return stage separates and can attain orbit, although not fully return. The lander stage can stay on the mun and "Transmit Data" Mods used: Mechjeb, mostly for altitude data. Near future Propulsion, The xenon tanks are empty, they're just for looks, and I actually don't have the rest of the mod installed. Near future Construction, Parts on the rocket have this. If anyone wants a download link I can post one.
  14. When a maneuver node jitters insanely, changing by about 40 degrees every other second, and you have to time warp to get an approximate position. I don't know whether this is a mod bug or a ship stability thing, or even if this has happened to other people. It was a mun orbit insertion burn, so It's not like it was hard to do without the node, but man!
  15. The Kalyut station, a medium-small orbital lab and station, assembled with the help of MechJeb. This should work..
  16. Thanks, Mr Banana.. er.. Vanamonde!
  17. Well, Here goes... I've been playing KSP for about 2 or 3 months now, and, well, I'm joining the forum! I hope to learn about the game, boast about my achievements, and learn how to solve my problems! Seems like a pretty good choice for my first forum account!
