When I try to launch a ship with the launchpad, I am offered a selection of ships and and possible crews but when I chose to launch, the window disappears and clicking on the launchpad does nothing. I can however, open the VAB or other buildings after this has occurred. To be honest, this wouldn't bother me except when I launch a ship through the VAB, it ignores my crew choice, loading only the crew I chose for my primary command pod. I used to get around this problem by launching from the Launchpad instead.
