Hi! I had the same issue today with the camera freezed in a strange position. (Win64, etc) I could enter in the Vehicle Assembly Building and launch rover. From the launch pad, i used the escape key to come back to the space center. The point of view on the Space Center was the default one and the camera was free to move again. I hope it can help.
