  1. I doubt they've even planned it fully yet.. but my idea would be.. You start with KSP and Jeb, Bill and Bob and begin by making simple orbiters, gradually progressing to moon landings and space stations before setting off for other worlds.. And maybe you'd do satellite launchers or sell moon rocks for cash?
  2. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/showthread.php/12384-PLUGIN-PART-0-16-Anatid-Robotics-MuMech-MechJeb-Autopilot-v1-9
  3. Not sure what you mean.. people doing mods usually do different things to each other..?
  4. The Robotics mod is best for claw making imo, but the hard part of debris capture is rendevousing close enough..
  5. I'd be a bit miffed if they charged for planets/moons etc I'd probably buy Kerbal 2 though if and when it comes out
  6. Why start a thread on a forum if you don't want feedback or people posting responses..?
  7. Theres four ways I can think of for exploring Eve 1 Parachute a space plane down and then take off and rendevous with a return ship in orbit then EVA over 2 Crewless landers (think mech jeb) that can be left in place 3 Use the space station mod to transport stuff around 4 Make engines with 0 fuel consumption I'm leaning towards no 2 atm As for the other planets and moons they should be quite a bit easier to land on and recover from imo
  8. Excited for all of them really.. for different reasons..
  9. I think with the atmosphere being denser it'll start slightly higher then Kerbin, but thats just me guessing.. At any rate it may change again before 0.17
  10. Thats not Kerbal enough for my liking.. besides which I'll be using that fuel to get back off the planet and rendevous in space..
  11. Since Eves atmosphere is so thick I guess parachutes will work just fine for a landing then.. Getting off looks like it'll be tricky though, unless you parachute a space plane down perhaps?
  12. Polar orbits were one of the first I set up, first for monolith detecting then for ISA mapping Its also more flexible for landers when choosing a landing site as it covers more of the planet, even though it takes a bit more work to get into polar orbit
  13. Its worth playing around with at the very least, the parts are useful for controlling debris/satellites/rovers etc As to automating take offs and landings, thats ok too I guess, takes some of the fun out of playing though
  14. Adding oxygen/food etc sounds like it'll be quite a bit of hassle to work with.. Regarding the new planets/moons, will we be getting any new landing parts for them?
  15. Looks impressive enough, what can it do once it reaches another planet?
  16. They're still alive, you going to try a rescue mission?
  17. I don't even have version 1.6 yet.. I get lag now and again when time zooming, but no freezing..
  18. Are there going to be any suprises on any of the new planets such as munoliths, arches, etc..?
  19. Jet packs don't work very well on the surface of Kerbin either.. due to Kerbins heavier gravity
