  1. Well no s**t! I mean, that thing is massive.
  2. Yeah, mine is done. I added da base
  3. During weapons testing, I figured out that the SRMs on my ships are devestating on my own ships, but my standard missiles dont do a lot of damage to my own ships. So my ships can withstand the attack of my missiles, but are weak against SRMs.... Confusing. Speaking of confusing, here is a question. What if you travel in time and kill your grandfather before he meets your grandmother?
  4. Merry Kiwistmas! Also, I put a base on the surface of duna just for lols and also because the person who wins gets control of that science base. Its like a conquering thing. PERSISTENT FILE IZ HEERE
  5. The last ship, to fill in the 40 tonnes I had to spare. only 25 tonnes and well armed. With one of each, that adds up to about 282 tonnes. Just wait for me to place my ships on sdj's persistent
  6. In other news, here are my ships. A missile cruiser/carrier A corvette And a missile cruiser
  7. HOLY MOTHER OF CHOCOLATE!!!! That is ....ing awesome!
  8. No worries, same here. If i'm not wrong, most of the New Zealand navy's ships aren't available anywhere 'cept Aussie and here. Like the ANZAC class frigate. Also the Kerbal Minds Corps. has just reached 300 pages!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/74507-Kerbal-Minds-Corp-Crafts%21-HIRING%21-TAKING-REQUESTS/page300
  9. Thats seems about right. I used to live in Singapore, but they have their own president. They are TECHNICALLY independent, but are still following the Queen's Law. Just putting that out there.
  10. I know. Devonport is a nice place. Its a cute little village with a view of the city. Apart from work and school, most people there dont need to leave. They have everything they need right there in Devonport.
  11. I have a habit of mentioning this in most trailing conversations, but we went from talking about warships to talking about naval bases to talking about colonialism..... This is Devonport
  12. The navy base here. Its just south of me, off the devonport peninsula I guess
  13. Interesting. In new zealand, the navy doesnt have as illustrious a history as the British. We still live under the Queen's law though.
  14. Hey andrew, there is a navy base near where I live. Its in Devonport, which is not far from me, just a couple kilometres away. It can hold all of new zealands navy, 11 ships in all (pretty bad huh). http://navy.mil.nz/mtf/default.htm I thought you or megalodon might wanna see the fleet
  15. due to irl, i dont always have time to be on ksp so i dont ever have time to design/redisign ships, so its gonna be a while before i have good enough designs for mobilisation to duna. why not we just go back to our 1 on 1 three? 5 people takes too long.
  16. Yeah, I guess thats true. I have a habit of building around fuel tanks to increase fuel capacity. I started doing that with my old carrier:
  17. Still downloading the patch? Also, I doubt it. It will definitely be kraken infested.
  18. I dunno who you would ask. Also, what do you guys think of my ship? Good, bad? Also, it uses my hypersonic missile.
  19. Update: Also, zamo, thats pretty impressive. Mine is 554m/s in atmosphere but has 52 parts, still, it has max penetration.
  20. My first prototype for a new battle ship 23T, 78 parts. But my weapons are high part count EDIT: It looks more like a carrier actually...
  21. ZAMO! How could anyone NOT want 0.90??!!?!? It great and there are very few bugs that I know of, apart from existing krakens. And, considering your computer is powerful enough to run with a 1150+ part ship, you dont need to worry. 0.90 is VERY stable so far. I dont see why you wouldnt want it. Anyways, how is the hypersonic missile testing? Anyone got one faster than mine with max penetration?
  22. I have to rebuild my ships then. Or design new ones. That gonna take a while. Good thing its the summer holidays where I am.
  23. For the penetration test, the cubic strut explosion is used to decouple it as an explosion. Otherwise, for long range it is used to accelerate it from 200m/s to 500m/s, probably faster in vacuum.
