Played around with NEAR for a little, I like it. But getting into orbit with rockets just seems waaay to easy, like i'm cheating really. Is there some mod I'm supposed to have to counter balance this? I've read browsed through the thread and noticed some people mention real solar system.. (also accidental double post)

Just asking to clarify, as long as i don't fiddle with the settings stock parachutes will act mostly the same except minus the insta-deploy?
