  1. What you are describing is an Object Oriented GUI for scripting flight control. Personally, this sounds like something I would like, but I don't think we will see this in KSP 1.0. Would be slick if a modder could add something like this. That's one of the great things about this game, modders have the time to put into creating things that add icing to the cake. Cheers!   19. Well, some of you may not know the history of roleplay on the forums. We had a number of people that wanted to RP and we gave them a place to do so. It did not end well. We had to close it down. There was even an attempt to start an off-site place for KSP RP, but it went bad as well. So while we don't have a specific rule against it, as stated, we do discourage it.   21. I can tell you for a fact that Artyom's new buildings have less polygons than the originals, so that's not the issue at all. Remember, many other things were changed and a few of them in areas that are more likely to affect performance. Cheers! Capt'n Skunky KSP Community Manager

You know, if we made it easy to exit the game, people would complain they can exit the game so fast they lose their missions, etc. We've even had people ask us to put in "Are you sure?" dialogs even though one already exists. If you want a quick, hassle free exit, ALT-F4. Works every time and won't overwrite any saves. That said, I am sure the various load/save operations will continue to evolve as development progresses so things like this will eventually be ironed out. Cheers! Capt'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  23. What has me the most interested is what's being done with ENB and ENBoost for Skyrim. Basically it turns off the graphics features (you can use them, this is just designed as a boost only set) and offloads the memory handling to a helper DLL. My Skyrim would get up around 1.5GB RAM and start getting antsy, and this is on a Win7 64bit 8GB machine. With this little boost trick, I am at about 45% RAM than before and the enb DLL seems to hold everything else. This is with the latest 0.200 enb for Skyrim and ENBoost off the Nexus. If this could some how be done for KSP, I would imagine there could be significant improvement for some people. Anyway, good luck, I'll be following it. Cheers! Capt'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
