well you probably need to have 3 of 4 stages using the biggest engines you have available and on the launch stage have two LFO engines mounted on the sides of an equal size LFO tank. from stage 4, 3, 2, 1, 0 decrease amount of fuel and engine strenght this should git you too an orbit, also dont forget the reaction wheels and SCIENCE!
