i have a novel concept,use my E-1000 engines with this,it'ill get her into orbit with fuel to spare -
that is why the E-1000's may be retired,they are just too powerful to be used normally

ummmm EXCELSIOR CLASS release [New-Part] [solid-Engine?] no,my parts are liquid engines,and require a fuel supply -
if i make them useless in the atmosphere then it defeats the purpose of the -800 and -1000 series since those happen to be of most use in lower stages

well,it is also the most powerful,so i think there is actually an increased specific impulse(read:velocity change)

well the rockets are primarily used for orbital payloads,but i cant wait for inter planetary flight,these have a headstart on that issue. another release is coming soon
