Is it alright to use the "Unofficial KSPI" tech tree? How is it different from the one shipped with Interstellar?

I can't seem to get TechManager to idenfify Tree.cfg? You do copy it from WarpPlugin to the root of TechManager right? I only get the two stock tree's which has the "UnofficialKSPI.cfg"

Tree loader doesn't seem to be working even on a fresh install of .25, can somebody confirm?
