  1. The problem was with one of the panopticon cockpits; regardless of the angle it was placed at, or the torque, or even the module set to control the ship - having it on there didn't agree with my game. Removing it solved both issues. Just in case anyone else has the issue.
  2. Recently, I reset my KSP to vanilla, to get rid of the clutter and make sure everything was 0.25-compatible. I then reinstalled a few mods. I am now running; KSPRC, All Near Futures, Procedural Fairings, Panopticon, KAS , Hot Rockets, KW rocketry, B9 Aerospace. Everything works until I go to launch, at which point all of my stages merge to stage 0 and cease to function. If i put the stages back in place, I can launch it, but when i toggle the sas, the ship spins wildly. It works fine in controlled manually, and I've had this issue on multiple crafts. Manual; SAS on. Help :/
