  1. Can already see the positivity coming out in the comments. Looks like the team has fixed the most pressing bugs (loss of mission), can't wait to test it out.
  2. Positive attitude, content the fans want, realistic timeframe. What moar (boosters) could we want. If the timing slips, it slips, I still like knowing the internal goal, so thanks.
  3. This kind of communication is great. I've been trying to enjoy the game but some of the bugs listed (and not) are making it quite difficult, really hoping this first round of patching helps the biggest issues. Performance isn't even the biggest issue, but the crashes and bug when in VAB, decouplers not working making a whole missions progress mute. But really, keep up the good work. The game will eventually get where it needs to be, even if it's a rocky start. Heads up.

  5. Sucks, but as long as the time is used well it's all good. Can always hope for more videos/blogs and even beta access at some point! Best to get as much feedback as pos so it doesn't release buggy even after the delays.

  7. Managed to get the contract complete today, simple problem was not releasing the chutes via the space bar (staging). After waiting for the criteria to be met I was able to complete it successfully by releasing the chutes via staging job done. Thanks for the help guys.
  8. Cheers for the advice, I'll give it another go but I'm pretty sure I tried to fire them manually and via staging when all the criteria was met in-flight. Will report back with results.
  9. Ok so I'm trying to complete the Test Mk2-R Radial-Mount Parachute contract, which requires me to have a speed of 210-410 m/s whilst flying, over Kerbin and at an altitude of 23500m to 33300m. The problem I'm having is that after attempting the mission over and over again, trying to toggle the variables for chute deployment etc is that I can't get the chute to deploy above 22800m or something like that. Even if I manually try to activate them at that altitude they wont actually deploy until the craft goes lower (I'm assuming this has something to do with atmospheric pressure). But then how is it possible to complete the contract if the chute simply wont open before that altitude? Any advice?
