usually I put 4 solar panels on and enclose my satellite during ascent, once I'm about to start my orbiting thrust I pop off the cover and extend my panels. That way you won't get stuck with them retracted and be dead in the water

Well I found the problem. Orbit was in the wrong direction..... Anyway. Gonna try my luck with minimus. Thanks for all the help!

I do have power production on board, also batteries just in case. My ascending node is only off by a couple of degress. I may just scrap that satellite and just do another launch and hope that it accepts my orbit this time around. Just wanted to see if there was a quick fix to the problem. I only started playing last week, but already logged way too many hours in this game. Alot to learn, alot of errors but also alot of fun.

Obviously this orbit is within reasonable deviation, yet the game refuses to give me my much needed science. Is this a known bug that alot experience or is this just me?
