Yes I do have the right module manager installed 2.8.0; Also yes I do know how to install the mods correctly

So I saw that 1.3 came out and decided to go and look for mods that already have been updated, I did and downloaded them manually and upon startup of a game none of them appeared, I did do a full reinstall of the game and there still not showing. Would love the mod but the download for it @Kerbal Stuff won't load in the page saying there's in error
