An in-game flag designer would be fun It's probably been asked already. But I'm asking here. so there!

I've installed the plugin folders per .90 download and tried gamedata as well as "pugins" foldiers for installing and neither are producing the CCP button after loading kerbal space program. any help?

you really need to make an easy to read and understand "how to" for installation of the mod. I'm having a hard time understanding all the broken english and half instructions. I can't get the "CCP" button to show up in KSP, i've added the gamedata files as directed but you have no other information to use in making this work.
