I have a quick question re: missions to other celestial bodies such as moons or planets. I have a few designs I could enter, but I want to know how big of a mission I can plan and have it "count." Basically, if I have to stop to refuel in LKO, or even Mun/Minmus orbit to return, would I still be eligible for those distinctions?
