Well KELBALISH or not I really don't like thoses missions. Would have liked a mission widget on the side the same way the real missions do in career. Thoses missions should have been within sandbox anyway. I abandoned them and got back to regular gameplay, since I already give myself thoses kind of objectives in the game, didn't need for the DLC ...
-
Really disapointed by the DLC, - New missions sucks, first they should have been within the sandbox instead of being standalone. Plus the missions builder is badly made. Logic tree with no real interface to deal with, what. New parts a kinda cool but seems a little unbalaced a the moment. I would have prefered missions integrated within career, like things to do in the actual game, wich would reward you with skins for the parts, and new functionalities for the KSC.

Hello, I have a little problem with the mod, anytime i try to launch the telescope to space, it disappear around 8 000m and the camera start to fall behind the ship. The telescope is well protected behind a fairing. Is there a solution?
-
Works pretty well for me now
-
And what for the Kerbin texture? In some videos kerbin looks awsomely detailled, how is it made?
-
Oh I didn't knew this one. Is Stock visual enhancements some kind of EVE?
-
So, what do you guys use as of 1.1.2 to enhance KSP? Astronomer's visual pack is quite outdated as of any other pack.and I can't find fixes. Do you guys have any mods that work?
-
scatterer?
-
What about scatterer, does it works correctly now?
-
So what do we use today if we want clouds n' ....? With the ....load of mod nobody have released an EVE like mod?
-
Is it me or Jool is way too big in comparison of Kerbol? Would it be hard for the dev to buff a bit kerbol?

Do you consider implementing potatoes?
-
I've juste tested it, an it comes really usefull. Now it just needs more content

Well you are really optimist. I may be young, there are so many things that could happend retarding us. If this world was a beatiful place of peace and hapiness I would have know But there a so many conflicts erupting everywhere, and a lot of humans on this earth seems to prefer ruining humanity than making it go further. As en exemple the contract for the maintenance of the ISS is coming near to en end, and the main contributors, USA and Russia are quite not the bests friends forever. it may even be abandoned (even if it seems unlikely to happen). All this things combined with the conflicts everywhere in third world make Space conquer rather futile. Of course it could go well, but I can't ignore thoses facts:sticktongue:

Since i recall, it' s called kerbal space program, not kerbal rocket rampage(accounts for you too jeb). And a space program is about exploring space and make discoveries. Not just put some chunk of metal on it. This is not just about caves. it's about everything that wait for us up there in reality. and it could be nice to have a peek on this game today, since I believe that i'll be dead when the man gonna put a feet further than the moon.
-
Well science isn't a static thing. Caves could have been a minecraft fantasy yesterday but could be legit today. More than the idea of implementing it, i'm here to discuss their legitimity as today. And by the time i wrote this, he didn't post it, so i did not understood it. Sorry. But if nobody cares about extraterrestrial geological formations, i'll withdraw

Hey why moving the thread to suggestions and close it? I did not come tu sugest it since it has been a long time request, but just to discuss about it. Plus it was getting interesting. Last post was about: #1) The real solar system is pretty barren #2) The sheer scale of what is being modeled here is insane. You can't expect to just put down randomly, and find a specially made adventure maze/puzzle/feature waiting for you. The vast majority of everything will be procedurally generated, with specificly designed features really only evident from orbit (like the little cauldera islands on laythe, the valleys on duna, the very large mun craters, etc) I suppose they could make the terrain scatter more varied, and vary by location/biome.... but if you can't be pleased by procedurally generated terrain, then you're asking too much I think. Real solar system barren? you must be kidding me, recently, Nasa did discover kilometers long caves on mars formed by ancient lavaflows and rivers. They even plan to build the futures bases on mars in thoses caves since it would bring natural protection against comics rays. And it's just mars, mercury is about boiling day face and freezing night face. Venus is just hell cause to greenhouse effect and acid rains down. And the moons of saturn ans jupiter hold more secrets than we could handle. And I'mnot even talking abouts real asteroids who could keep the secret of life on earth. Just thoses fact only detailled a infime portion of the infinity of things we could do up there. So no, space isn't boring. For the second point I can just be sad about it

Guys, seriously, if I put this topic here, it's because I ran out of every thing that goes out of the ground. And since a long time. Once again, I'm done being a chinese tourist - - - Updated - - - Yeah, even constructed a special plateform to go down without glitching. It was quite thrilling to do it
-
Why a troll, I mean, yes maybe 20minutes may be a little cheap, but don't tell me the took a month to create the archs, Everybody who know how to run a 3d software is capable of doing it in less than an hour. Cave would juste be reverse, creating holes and adding them in some point of the map isn't this hard when you create a whole solar system. And it may be asked a lot because empty planets arn't this much appealing. Big part of the story may be the travel, but if you spend hours to reach some place, you expect to find some things to do ther exept 10 clicks.
-
Seriously? Thos damn 3 arches, the armstrong tomb and the littles squad stones? It's not even exploring, it's like being a chinese tourist in front of the eifel tower, on a computer. The only one worth it could be the kraken ,but not much better, just a thing laying down. Only the regreted magic boulder put up a little show, but it's gone now. I talk about real exploration here. it's been a while since a visited all the anomalies on the kerbol system. I want real thing to explore.
-
I mean seriously, why the dev diddn't take la 20minutes to make some caves and ..... It's not like it's hard to do it, some clicks on a 3d software and it's done. It would be so much more epic if we could go cave exploring on the mun. Imagine, you spot the thing from orbit, like a large hole, not a crater. You land to discover a huge hole on the ground. You then send a ship with rovers adapted to the cave an dlights to explore itt. Some kilometers on the caves later, you discover some .... and a special spot to pick some special stone giving science or anything. The goes the back trip, you either go the save way by droping lights along the way or the Jeb way full throttle trought the camves. A little more thriling than landing on some random ass crater to pick sand and go back. So why isn't some caves or anything like that?
