Has orbit manipulator been removed? Unlike what the Wiki claims, it's clearly not in the recommended mods list. There's is no "orbit manipulator" on CKAN at all. No note seems to have been made of this, not in the OP's post, or in this thread at all. But unusable Ion engines - that's kind of a big deal, isn't it? Should I just mod the config?
