  2. Does this mod's license allow distribution of KAS configurations for other mods' parts? I've read the license but I can't tell if that is allowed or prohibited.

  4. RemoteTech 2 (by the Remote Technologies Group) is one of the most popular mods around right now, but a lot of people (including me!) have a hard time getting started. That's why I made a handy spreadsheet to help plan out your next planetary communications network. Just enter your desired orbit height and satellite count and it will calculate whether the network will work around each body in the Kerbol system, as well as tell you what antennas (or antennae?) you need to connect it all together.
