For some weird reason you can tranfer them around if the hatch is obstructed. Guess what just happend a thruss i was gonna dock smashed into the K.S.S Reverting.

The hatch on the core is not blocked.

Part 3 Service Module This will be the third K.S.S module. It will be attached to the retrograde facing port on the core. It will include extra power to the station. And a propulsion system.
