openGL has problems with Full Screen mode. Try to not alt tab while game is loading (Fixes it for me most of the time) if that doesnt work switch to windowed mode.

You could use the TAC fuel Balancer Mod, it would allow you to constantly pump the fuel back into the Mun rocket.

Well I guess 10 M station would be cool but imagine the wing size for a 10m plane ^^

! How about another mod that lets you remove all Debris at once and call it QuickDelete?

Well there are a few mods like KW that add 5 Meter parts... I kinda think that 10 Meter Crafts would be way to big.

MK2 Nosecone Cargo Door. A hollow nose cone that opens up to release a small payload or could be combined with the other cargo bays to house a larger payload. you could also just put a docking port,an engine or just ballast in there.
Thatd be a great part! You could add small payloads to your crew planes without having to add an extra cargo bay for it

Try to install mod after the mod and you might be able to find out which one is causing the problem

Yea loosing control would make it too relevant, it should just cause minor trouble your right

This wouldnt fit into the stock game at all but some people might like having an extra challange:
Kerbals can get Sick (Maybe because they are alone in a capsule for 3 years *cough*) and might loose their ability to control the craft/loose accses to SAS Modules.. They would have to take medicine (Carried around in Command Pod and also cost money) or be treated by a doctor (Kerbals can be trained for founds to be able to Heal others)

I like the basic idea but it doesnt fit into the current stock game imo (We dont even have stock LS yet)

You should defnitly try this pack and if you dont like it you should check out the "Better Atmospheres" pack.

Did you install the sun flare aswell? That might be causing some bugs.

Messed Up Orbit after SOI Change

Erm you could try burning for a really short time (0.1 m/s)... It would mess up your orbit just a little bit but it might fix the problem.
