  1. I decided to build a concorde. This was my first test flight, I can't believe how well it handles! I'm a little unhappy about the nose, but I'm not sure how to emulate the downward pointing nose of the concorde. Edit: hectic reentry effects as it gets pushed to the limit.
  2. Loaded 27 kerbals onto my Mun Platform Lander. Finally finished unloading! Touchdown! 27 happy Kerbals have now arrived to board my Mun base.
  3. Was able to land my Mun Space Centre and then dock with it. The docking ports didn't line up on the Mun as easily as they did on Kerbin, though, so really had to whack the rover into it to get them to click. There were some hair raising moments, but it eventually worked. Discovered that I can actually drag the whole station around with the rover which is an interesting development. I also transferred the crew into my latest SSTO which I am about to test. Can fit 27 kerbals in the hold, plus 2 in the cockpit, so can transfer 29 kerbals into LKO hopefully!
  4. Landed MaverickX on Laythe. Did some exploring on the surface, drove to the coast and took samples of the oceans, then took off and rendezvoused with the nuclear tug which transported it to the Jool system. Tomorrow I'm gonna head to another one of the moons and see if I can land this bad boy on a moon without an atmosphere... not hopeful, but that's why we've got F5
  5. I normally just write the name of the biome, then on the plaque type the Kerbal's name and the date (in real time) that he landed there.
  6. Landed my Eve Bug, it's a large science rover with every piece of science experiment, plus a lab to be able to clean experiments and process science data. Bill, Bob and Lemwig Kerman volunteered to go on the one way mission to Eve where they will now spend their foreseeable future rovering across the surface of the hostile planet exploring in name of Kerbalkind. It handles the surface very nicely and can easily cruise around 20m/s.
