  1. The mod that adds the "Life Support" tab is Kerbal Planetary Base Systems which I also like. Unfortunately I don't think there is a way for us to put other parts from say TACLS in there.   2. I also have Framerate issues when the app is installed. It drops from about 40 or so down to 15 or less. Very noticeable. I do run several mods, however to isolate which one was causing it I installed one at a time, measured the FR, then uninstalled it.
  3. Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as complaining. I know you guys put a lot of work and effort into this so please don't think I'm not appreciative. It gets kind of confusing when you use the CoL and CoM indicators and then you are no longer suppose to use it. It also doesn't help when there are post depicting the same indicators and how they should be used for design. Someone new to this mod, like me, may not realize that you should use the graph now instead of the indicators. I also read through your wiki and nothing about disregarding the CoL indicator is in there. In fact, it says to click the "Update CoL" button which I guess is no longer in the mod. "Update CoLBecause FAR overrides the stock game's aerodynamics, it also needs to override the code that draws the "Center of Lift" (CoL) indicator, which indicates the Center of Lift, or Neutral Point, of the aircraft. Sometimes, however, the game still draws this indicator as if the stock aerodynamics were in effect. If this happens, users can click the "Update CoL" button to redraw the indicator with FAR aerodynamics."
  4. Here is some more information on the CoL. I once again installed a fresh copy of KSP them manually installed 0.15.2. One odd thing I did notice was that the CoL seemed to move more or less aft depending on the engine attached. I can't tell it that's due to the size/shape of the engine or due to the amount of thrust the engine produces. Either way it seems to really move the CoL too far aft in my opinion. Is this by design? Is there something I'm missing as to the reason the CoL moves aft? Also. moving the wing further back moves the CoL forward which seems counter intuitive.   5. I'm having the exact same issue in the SPH. I installed a clean install of KSP and then installed FAR v.0.15.2_Ferri. 1. New Career mode game (with lots of science to beef of technical level) 2. Increase science to get to all the airplane parts 3. Build a plane and enable the CoM and CoL. 4. Watch the CoL mov far aft after adding an engine. I've tried this with both jet engines and rockets and the same effect. I'm not sure if this is the intended result and I am doing something wrong or a bug. Shaman
  6. First...props to all the modders. I've never seen modders so dedicated to getting their work updated so quickly for the rest of the player community like myself who just don't have the programming skillz. I rely heavily on you guys to make my gaming experience even more awesome! I love KSP and I understand why they are trying to find the balance between realism and ease of play to reach a broader player base. I just fall on the realism side of it. I'm just glad Starwaster has provided us with a more realistic version of the game and extremely glad KSP made the game so easy to mod. Keep up the great work! I eagerly await the release of DR, but no good mod before its time!
  7. Hi Allista! Great mod...actually great mods! I'm just now starting out using the hangers mod and it is awesome, however I'm not sure if I found a bug or if it is just something conflicting for it, but the dimensions don't seem to scale right with the MK2 cargo bays. As I scale up the CB the dimensions do not change as they do with the Inline Hanger. Also, the inline hanger when maxed out with a scale size of 3 the width maxes out at 2.94 while the hanger extension maxes out at 3.60. Is this a bug or do you think this is a conflict between some of my mods like tweakscale? Thanks! Shaman
