well i guess i found a Issue: I stuck on the Loading Screen with the Module Manager applying patches when i use devbuild 323 + TAC - Life Support + KSP 1.0 Any out there who can confirm this? Edit: Nevermind... found the problem: Missing Files of KSP... BIG SORRY
