  1. Yeah there are a lot of things to do! Too bad I am unable to track biomes in-game. Okay I see that where I've been in the Research Archives but still cant see WHAT TO DO next, on those planets that I've visited. Yeah I can compare the biome lists in the browser and my science archives but would be better if I could do that ingame without searching. Thanks for the links btw!
  2. Yeah I was thinking about it but i wasn't sure about it. Seems it's a good idea then, thank you. I'm playing science mode, not carreer so I think I have no contracts. Are you sure? I mean I'll try but I've been on Mun only once but I've carried all the data I could I believe.
  3. Haha I love this community already! I get useful informations in matter of minutes you guyz are awesome! Well, the Kerbal Space Industries told me that they want at least one station around every planet's orbit, thats why I made one even around the Kerbin. Since there are no other points to make Space stations than nice design and self-entertainment I decided to make Refueling Stations everywhere since it has a good purpose. Even if I (or the mechjeb since I've just started learning that too) mess up manouvers or I design my ships poorly because of the science mode, I think it is a good Iead to swarm the planets with stations. My station's AP is 350km and the PE is around 250km. I guess I'll lower it to 150 AP and 100 PE to be able to target further with other ships. Thanks for the detailed answers!
  4. I'm playing in science mode currently and I'm wondering what should I anlock/go for in the future. A little help would be grateful because I've seen the distances in the solar system and I've been freaked out. Here is my current progress: There are a few things that I didnt do yet, but I feel the urge I have to get to Minmus soon.
  5. Guess what! I'm a fairly new player but I already have some progress in science mode! I've successfully landed on Mun and got back to Kerbin. Now I'm planning to visit Minmus. As a preparation move I've made a cool fueling station around the kerbin. The question is what is the best altitude for a fueling station? I mean: PE and AP should be equal or not? What is the optimal orbit around the Kerbin for a Fuel station? Or is it simple doesn't matter? I'm using mechjeb and it works perfectly! Already docked 2 times at my stations in order to supply it with more fuel. But I just got these questions in my mind because I want to spare as many fuel as I can when I am filling this station (less round of refueling the fuel station, less launch less time). If you can, please explain the why too. PS.: Planning to make a station around the Mun as well. Do I need a different orbit there than at the Kerbin with a Fuel Station? Thanks in advance!
  6. Ahh thank you very much for the suggestions! I just find hard to find these out myself. There would be cool if I could see a list of things that I could do with the current tech. BTW Transmitting data: I think I get less science for a data if I transmit. Should I install more antennas or how could I get 100% of the science for an experiment? Usually i can only transfer for only 30% of the science I would get with collecting the ship and data.
  7. I've been playing it since yesterday despite of the fact many of my experiments were destroyed by client crash (I'm not using any mods before you would suggest to turn those off). Still, I've researched everything which required 45 points but now I have no idea what should I do. Things that I visited: -Coastal exploration -Ice Cap exploration -Different levels exploration till I reached the space -Naturally I've been on the mountains as well But now I'm clueless what should I do. Tryed to make a sputnik but it couldnt stabitize the rockets it has a really weak SAS... Crew handles the job much better. I really miss a guidance or something because I really dont know what should I do. I dont have to guts to leave an astronaut on orbit I don't know if there would be any use of that because I could do it only as a one way option: No hatch unlocked yet, I couldnt recover him. Leave any suggestion below!

KSP: v1.0.2.842 Windows 8.1 x64 Problem: Instant crash after resuming a saved game (I had a previous crash just before this has happened: it was like the game just quitted no error message, no crash window). I had other crashes yesterday as well but this time I decided to report it. No mods installed! Reproduction Steps: I've bought the game yesterday, so I'm quite new here (I hope that it won't affect my case because I love the game). Yesterday I already had various crashes: Game just crashed to the desktop without any error messages, then with standard windows error message like KSP just crashed and so on. Today I've decided to report any crashes that happens to me because I am unable to play like this, it happens always in the worst situation. For example sometimes I can run the game just fine for an hour then I get a crash and keep getting crashes until I reboot my system. If I don't reboot I often get a crash upon loading a resumed game right after launching the game after a crash. Here is the content of the folder according to the error message: 2015-05-04_165548 I also have an another folder created by the first crash (crash to windows without error message that I've mentioned): 2015-05-04_142548 I also attach my DxDiag, maybe it can provide some useful information for you: DxDiag
