I am Having trouble with consumption of electricity I have a Mun station and it seems that no matter how many batteries i attach, the electric charge only last 3 days for the kerbals on the station during the lunar night. here is the math. 1 kerbal consume 459 EC/day I have 7 kerbals, so 3213 EC/Day I have 14,000 EC worth in base. so it should last me atleast 4.3 kerbal days of EC. you guys know what's going on? I'm having trouble looking for the flexible corridor. i have KAS, KIS and TAC installed. when i updated the mods it no longer is an option. is there something wrong? just kidding i dont have the research. my bad

Hi, i'm not sure if it's because of the update yesterday, but i noticed that the kerbals only have a allowed volume of 1. and the electric screw driver has 3. so this means a kerbal cant even hold the screw driver. i'm honestly guessing that this is cause of the update.

are you talking about the corridor ending? it doesn't expand or are you talking about the 4 sided endings? oh Darn it. the four sided one is the basic corridro!!! lol thanks man. XD

so just like in real life there is the ability to cover up important components in escape. i'm guessing this might actually be modded but it seems like it should be in game. http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2014/258/d/e/apollo_staging_by_smnbrnr-d7z98f7.png notice on this image the second image from the right has the lander but during launch it was protected in a "protective shield" that has to be pulled out of to dock it on top of the command module. does this protective shield exist in game or just mods?

thank you guys i found a delta v mapping for the system, did they discover this by trial and error or is there a really cool equation to calculate this?

thank you for the info, like i said, i actually care more for the science than the game. I've played a mere 87 hours in the game but i want to actually do this kindof science in real life. i enjoy seeing this applied physics and math simulated in game as a way to see the math and science in use. granted it's just a game but i see it more like a simulator for engineers than a video game. :]

I intent to play on hard, so no room for errors or trial and error. so I've read almost all of the wiki. so many of the equations i have learned. I honestly want this to be what i do for a living and the earlier i can learn and "master it" [in ideal situations i.e. a video game] is there any other equations or concepts that would aid to this game or real life to make playing this game much more calculated and planned rather than the "YOLO" attitude.

I just connected 2 research labs on Minmus and one is already researching 500ish science data, and the second one states "not enough data storage to research_____" when i attempt to research something. reasons it may be this way? 1) i haven't upgraded the Research and Development building. it states "research limit: 500". is this what it's referring to... per "base"? 2) i forgot to attach an antenna to the second research lab.... does this also mean i cant transmit the science from here? is this the reason it wont take the research?
