  1. the kerbal was in the non-resized part..and happens with probes....or was that a kerbal joke resizing the part down confuses KER as well giving the craft an ever decreasing negative mass..this could be related as i assume a negative mass potentially cause the game to raise the craft up? also resizing up causes KER to output ever increasing mass... EDIT: Mass changes matches default mass output by part count in VAB/SPH
  2. when enabling / disabling scrubbers the estimated change of oxygen "rate of change" as you called it changes..whereas I would assume enabling scrubbers would stop CO2 build up in the enclosed space of the capsules and thus prevent CO2 toxicity and not effect the O2 "rate of change" just my thoughts on it however, as i write this I realise it may be wording issues...did you envision this mechanic to remove the carbon from the CO2 and thus give back the O2? if so thats a completely different process IRL casper88
  3. have an interesting bug with tweakscale... if i rescale a command part ie pod or probe. the craft starts to climb on the spot: how to replicate... root part mk1 cockpit place a pod on the node and lower the scale of the pod >>launch >> watch it climb
  4. if i remove the "scrubber" mm patch in the profile will that disable that mechanic? scrubbers remove something ie CO2 scrubbers remove CO2 from air...I haven't heard of a "scrubber" recycling oxygen...
  5. The profile I made also includes the MM patch to add all the resources to the pods
  6. also...not sure why the rate of oxygen use shows an incorrect consumed rate in the VAB... its shows storage 111.04 consumed at 0.02/s in the config.... rate = 0.001713537562385 // units / interval interval = 1 // in seconds to me this is out by a factor 10 in game...unless ive missed something small? ignore all that... had two configs conflicting each other :/ cheers
  7. @ShotgunNinja basically turns the LS system to mimic what TAC used to do resources/rates etc - I haven't explored the possibility of parts as I use the universal storage mod with a MM patch to override its TAC switch within the parts in that mod... I am not sure if I have duplicate MM patch that is doing it, but my pods are getting two scrubbers? is it me or anybody else seeing this? Whilst on the subject of the scrubbers...surely they scrub out the CO2? why when they are off does the oxygen usage increase? thanks casper

  9. hi there; after reading through all the posts and saw you are incorporating changes to allow for personalisation/compatibility with other mods I'm sold, will be d/l after the next update. reading this... i know kOS links in with RT connections so maybe check their git for how its done? @ShotgunNinja; will you have that profile ability to stop the changes to the techtree/science? and include water in the life support side of things? cheers

  12. hey nightingale, a few of the videos on youtube mention that if stock contracts on 1.1 are declined, those types of mission will appear less frequently... is that correct to your knowledge and will your configuration mod work in the same way? thanks

  14. i mean, pressing esc and going back to space centre; when it is orange (and with no reloading options or reverting) SR doesn't recover the ship. thanks
  15. could you extend the recovery option to recover vehicles in atmosphere if you leave them? cheers

  17. i'll wait for the release i just thought i would highlight its a common issue. i have also noticed that SR doesnt activate the "recover" handler on rescue contracts thanks again
  18. ditto the issue JohnWildman reported.. though it seems to only occur when going from a landed vessel then using the switch to button to another object

  22. i think i have found another bug...i can't toggle breaks event though under local control and full ec .. get "out of power cannot toggle on schedule" message. poor valentina not being recognised as in control.. after allowing it to drain it and start moving again it seemed to realise the errors of its ways! though it was annoying little glitch! seems to only occur in the following order.. eva, switch back to vehicle, try toggle brakes on = no brakes. reboard eva kerbal = fix.
