I have the same issue, unmodded KSP via Steam, I didn't even know there was an update until it loaded. I have a major mission with 5 kerbals most of the way to Duna. The command pod has been ripped out of the ship (which you can see in the distance) and there is no ability to control or do anything. When I reverted to an earlier save (with the ship on the ground at Minimus) the ship was there but Minimus had disappeared. I have seen other posts with this issue but not a way to fix it. Has anyone tried a complete reinstall with any luck?
