Remember that something next to the runway is still counted as being on it. Make sure you are onto the flat area of KSC and you should be fine.

If you have done so try the same scenario several times as one of the first things people will ask you about weird stuff, is it repeatable?

Another minor point when getting "splashed down at Kerbin" contracts, you don't actually have to take off. If you have a reasonable rover you can simply drive into the water. This helps keep costs down. Although the sight of a tiny rover with a couple of engines strapped to it...... Likewise "landed at Kerbin" doesn't need am actual landing, merely for the craft to be landed.

Maybe you should ask for a "pay to launch" version. And then imagine instead of frittering away your money you could see the benefit of saving up for something that's worth it. Bit of a valuable life lesson in there.

Just uncheck the button, don't think you can do this with a game in progress only new starts. If you don't purchase the whole node on the R&D screen you can still buy them individually in the VAB and SPH.

Not using 1.3.1 (still on 1.3) ATM but when having problems with wheels interacting with the cargo bay using the Buffalo Rover hitch I raised the target hitch slightly and raised the capture range slightly. This seems to work.

Luckily it only wiped out the Flat Kerbin Society. The rest of the population having already retreated to KerbTube proof bunkers. Some say the impact set back progress by many centuries but recent studies have shown that the immediate planetwide rise in IQ compensated for this.

Not a CKAN user but I would expect as long as you don't point it at the second install you should be fine. And mods can be deleted at will, just be aware that if you have any craft using those mods they will get broken.

I don't know if this actually removes the part but check if you have "disable stock scanning" on for SCANsat.

I made my Vespa faster by the simple expedient of removing big lumps of the chassis (it's monocoque) all the redundant wiring and fitting a lightweight saddle and bicycle mudguard (held on with electrical tape). Oh and a Harley petrol tank.

We went away for a relaxing few days in September, nice little place a couple of pleasant eateries etc. I picked up the wrong laptop and spent the next few days edgier than a terminal nicotine addict on a long haul flight. It was the inability to play rather than the need to if you get my drift.
