Im having an issue that after Ive launched the airship with a nuclear ring its showing each nuclear gyro ring as having an empty liquid fuel tank of 4500 units. Is anyone else seeing that?

when I try to launch anything from the hanger the game hangs and becomes un-responsive. cant click anything and have to force shut down ksp. also cant seem to save anything in the hanger either. Kerbal Space Program - 1.0.4.861 (WindowsPlayer) Steam <edit> I tried reinstalling game, verifying cache integrity, and a new save. no help. <\edit> <edit2> I have narrowed down the issue, it seems something in the associated save folder is messed up.
