  1. You know what? I probably should of read the thread, literally the third one down, that was asking the exact same question. I will be using TT NeverUnload, as that seems it will fix it.
  2. In vanilla KSP, when two objects are more than 5 km apart from each other, and moving while in the atmosphere, one will automatically despawn. This is understandably something to reduce lag, but it is also a major problem for the current project I am working on. I am attempting to air-drop kerbals in seats out a moving plane and then having them parachute down safely. However, I would have to circle around the area where i dropped them in a turning circle with a radius of under 5 km in order for the seats to stay parachuting without despawning, a feat which my unwieldy delivery plane is incapable of. I could of sworn that Romfarer's excellent Lazor mod fixed this problem for me in the past, but it seems I was mistaken, as the problem persists even with the mod. Does anyone know of any mods that extend this distance, or remove it entirely?
  3. LET IT BE THAT: Progress leads to Success Explosions are necessary for Progress Explosions do not yield Science Success does not result in Explosions Science = Success IF Success = Science AND Explosions ≠Success THEN Explosions ≠Science IF Science ≠Explosions AND Explosions = Progress AND Progress = Success AND Success = Science THEN Explosions = Science Science = Explosions AND Explosions ≠Science THEREFORE Science ≠Science ... I think I just broke my brain
  4. Ok, the Zeus-1 Rover has touched down on Duna! All of the Screenshots are here: http://imgur.com/a/S8Djb New Save File: http://www./?s6cxqbjdjhodtrg
  5. I just now noticed that you made the Just Cause 2 X vs Y videos. I watched those all the time before I even knew Kerbal Space Program existed. Small World.

  6. Welp, that launch failed. Current status is splashed down on Kerbin, the rocket just didnt have quite enough to get into an orbit. I need to do some more R&D, so sign me up for the bottom of the list again and in the meantime I will develop a more capable iteration of the Kaidar. http://www./?1pzt6spd0ivzhxt
  7. Welp, development costs for the KS-21r have hit an all time high, and Eve is simply out of the picture due to this (and my non-mechjeb skill level). DarkRocketry has decided to instead focus a set of missions on Minmus, starting with a low-orbit equatorial surveillance satellite. The new mission briefing is as follows: Ship: Kaidar-IV Rocket Flight: MOOSE-1 (Minmus Observational Orbiting Satellite) Destination: Low circular orbit around Minmus's Equator. Purpose: Scan for a good landing area to start a mining colony on Minmus.
  8. You can keep your slot Guard, but can I have my vessel changed to the "KS-21r", my flight to "Eve Airbase One", and my destination changed to Eve? Thank you. Hopefully everything will go according to plan this time. Third time's a charm they say.
  9. Just go on without my ship. I can't find the save that had my ship in there, and the one I uploaded must be the wrong one. It seems I just can't win with this thread.
  10. Ok, done with my flight to Laythe. The Flight of Kuriosity Laythe 1 with ship "Kuriosity- 1a" is completed, with the final result being a splashdown on Laythe's surface. New Save Download: http://www./?alen4fdjwcyujv4 Khyron42! You're up! Edit: Ugh. The save file I uploaded doesn't have the ship in it, and I can't find the old one. Just go on without me then. It seems I just can't win with this one.
  11. Also, can my flight be changed to Laythe? I'm gonna go to one of the systems with a larger SOI than Duna. Sorry for procrastinating on my last flight, also, I feel bad about that
  12. And here I was thinking that I had until midnight to do this. Then I remembered, its GMT. I only have 20 minutes! I might be a few minutes late on this one, sorry guys! >.< Edit: Never mind, just bump me down to the end of the list, I obviously need more practice with this.
  13. Ok, sign me up for a flight to Duna! This sounds like fun.
  14. Sign me up for a Duna flight please. Be posting evidence asap.
  15. Yeah, stuff happens. I am active again though now that .17 came. Sorry about that.
  16. I am a bit behind schedule but the flight should be posted in a bit, sorry for the delay, everyone (By delay, I meant I guffed up some installation of the mods and had to get a whole new installation of the game)
  17. It seems that the base is at a standstill. With NovaPunch unable to download for who knows how long, We will have to do something to fix it, that being removing all the ships with NovaPunch parts or simply waiting it out until the pack becomes downloadable again. With that being said, put me on the list. Hopefully this issue will be resolved, and the base can continue
  18. Why is my first flight to Credge on the upcoming flights? :/ It already happened. Also, can I get a flight to the second Minmus base, once one gets set up?
  19. I did send a message to ApoIIo, with the download link, but he hasnt been on the forums since the 3rd. It's not looking so good for a flight from him at this point. With that being said, please sign me up for a flight to whatever second base eventually gets set up on minmus, or set one up myself.
  20. Romanguy, the download link on page 12 under my post. And Blue, that's not exactly related to the topic. I would delete that post and put it is a challenge in the challenge forums. Also, welcome to the forums!
  21. The K.L.E.M. Mk. 1 Has succsesfully landed on the edge of a crater, to set up the second glorious Kerbal Moon Base! Aptly dubbed "Credge" base by the brave kerbal who first stepped foot on the location of the base; Thompley Kerman (below, center), the first craft is pictured here: (complete with over-dramatic photo editing) The landing itself was largely kerbal, with the RCS tank and engine of one of the four "pods" falling off inexplicably during the landing. (of which, surprisingly, only the RCS tank exploded). ApoIIo, ITS YOUR TURN! Download link: http://www./?r91k020n20t7nkt
  22. ASAS effectively "locks" your ship into a certain heading. It takes control of your ship whenever it is activated, meaning you cannot control your ship (asides from thrusting) while it is activated. This means it is good for stabilizing your ship during launch, while doing orbital maneuvering burns, etc. Now, to keep this post on topic. I have successfully landed on the moon, but I had to step away from my computer for a bit so I am writing this from my phone. I will upload screenshots and the persistent.sfs file when I get back to my computer, probably in about 4 hours.
  23. That means I'm up! better download that persistence file
