I downloaded RealHeat and Deadly Reentry and it fixed the issue, somehow by funds and science got multiplied by 1000 but it works

I'm having problems as well, suborbital is fine for me but returning from any orbit ends in fire...

Similar thing happens with RealFuels. All of those discs and whatnot are replaced with one disc/hexcan etc per size(or either per type, can't remember) and you're left with few highly customisable parts instead of a cluster.... it is without RealFuels

CatastrophicFailure : I had RealHeat installed and after deletion the sound came back on. Smoke was still somewhat broken tho(emission from engines that are off, etc.). Probably conflict with some emissive mod like HotRockets
