Well, I meant making the telescope, like you said, funtional. With low image quality/range and with lower science yield.

The 3-part solar panels' charge rate should be (or be around) 0.82/s (half of their 6-part stock counterparts). The 3-part panels are the "OX-4X 3x1" with 1,4/s and the "OX-2L 1x3" with 0,72/s, both are unlocked at the same time.
