    This was in GitHub, but I think it wasn't merged. Go to /GameData/CactEye/Contracts/PlanetaryObservationContract.cfg and change "Minmas" and "Poll" (use the search function of your text editor) to "Minmus" and "Pol" respectively.

    Well, I meant making the telescope, like you said, funtional. With low image quality/range and with lower science yield.

    Flags based on the Kerbin World Record Society (in white, blue and transparent), and a simple variation of the "retro" flag (KSA siglas). http://imgur.com/a/xJkQ8 http://dropproxy.com/f/B93 (.zip with all the flags and .xcf for Gimp if you want to customize it -it uses the Nasalization font-)

    The 3-part solar panels' charge rate should be (or be around) 0.82/s (half of their 6-part stock counterparts). The 3-part panels are the "OX-4X 3x1" with 1,4/s and the "OX-2L 1x3" with 0,72/s, both are unlocked at the same time.
