  1. Yeah as @zer0Kerbal mentioned the plug in, when working deals with that for you and adjusts the COM and COF on the fly. So as you undock/unload cargo it will always remained balanced.

  4. Unfortunately no i don't have the time to even play anymore and the mod does need a bit more work to it than just a recompile unfortunately. Hopefully @zer0Kerbal will get to it eventually.

  6. I always intended to update it myself but I'm really not sure when I will find the time to get back playing. I'm happy for someone to take over management of the mod. If anyone wants to please let me know.
  7. I've no idea. Not had the chance to play since 1.3. Its automatic so if the thrust isnt lining up then the plug in needs updating. Maybe just recompiling.
  8. If your using 1.3 the plugin will automatically move the centre of mass to match the thrust.
  9. @MaxPeck You're correct, that was the plan. Unfortunately I rarely get time to play anymore so working on adding more stuff to the mod probably won't happen. I do hope to find the time to get everything update to the latest KSP version though.

The workshop already supports OSE but there is a bug, a few missing brackets, if you replace the file GameData/CoyoteSpaceIndustries/Freighter/OSE.cfg with the file below it should work for you. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dboi88/CSI-Cargo-Freighter/master/FOR_RELEASE/GameData/CoyoteSpaceIndustries/Freighter/OSE.cfg Development isn't dead per se but i'm not getting any time to work on it. I still hope to update this at some point
  12. Hey, do you by any chance know how to duplicate a part and change it's config using MM? SO you have the original and new part in game?

  13. press quote, then delete what you don't want, then press quote again for a fresh copy, keep doing that until you've split it as much as you need.

  14. Hey, hows your mass driver project going?

     

    I'd just decided to take a look at a mass driver for my next part mod and came across this. I hadn't previously seen any attempts. I've got extensive experience with textures/graphics and just getting my head around plug in's and models at the minute. I'll be taking a look at the source code shortly. 

    I just wanted to know if your were still actively pursuing this mod? And if you'd be interested in any help?

      I'd love some help!  I haven't been super-active lately, as Kerbal has been running supppppeerrr slow on my computer since the 1.0x update (waiting for Unity 5 to, hopefully, fix that), but I intend to still re-visit the mod eventually.  Mainly, I just need somebody who actually understands code better than I do- I'm good with config files, but hopeless with actual module coding...
